DEPOSITS
Puppies will be posted on the website as soon as possible once they have been whelped. We require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to hold a puppy for you until they are ready to join your family. Puppies are picked on a first come first served basis. Please check with us prior to sending a deposit to make sure that the puppy you are wanting is still available.

If you tell us that you are wanting a particular pup that is available we will gladly hold the puppy for no more than 7 days without a deposit. This should give you ample time to send the deposit through the United States Postal Service.
Puppies can be picked up at 6 weeks of age. Puppies that are being shipped will not be able to leave before 8 weeks of age. We do, however, prefer you pick up your new addition so that we can have the opportunity to meet the adoptive family.

HEALTH GUARANTEE
Lone Oak's goal is to breed healthy and happy puppies that are free from disease and genetic defects. We have properly cared for our puppies up unto the point that they leave Lone Oak. Now it's your responsibility to continue to care for them. Our puppies come with a 14 day guarantee that if your veterinarian finds any disease or genetic disorder we will be happy to refund the cost of the puppy or make a replacement for you. If there is not a pup available that is to your liking we will replace with a pup from our next litter. Written proof of the veterinarian's diagnosis will be required. We will not be responsible for veterinarian expenses once the puppy has left our home. Guarantee does not apply to fleas, worms, etc. Guarantee is void if pup has not been properly vaccinated once it has left our home.
